Moshe Y. Singer is a active member and committee member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), an organization of attorneys who work together to advance the rights of investors, and he has lectured on the subject of securities arbitration. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Singer was an associate with a nationally recognized securities class action law firm and interned for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and in his law school’s securities arbitration clinic.
